CMCC #73 - Louise

The colours were so awesome this week at Colour Me.....I never would have put those together on my own so the inspiration is so appreciated!

CMCC #73 - Louise's BookMark

I love to read and needed another bookmark.  This week's ColourMe challenge gave me inspiration with all the beautiful designs by the design team.  Who'd have thought these colours would work together?

CMCC #68 - Louise

My take on this week's Colour Me challenge.  I used the Stampin Up owl punch, and the itsy bitsy hearts are from the Heart border punch.    The background is DSP in Lost Lagoon, with stars sponged on using the Hearts and Stars decorator masks.

CMCC #67 - Tulips for Mother

Thinking of You Koala

Love this little Koala stamp from Stampin Up!   I used Copix markers to color this little guy, the tree is a die by Taylored Expressions using Stampin Up designer paper.

Sympathy Card

I tried out my new die from Memory Box.  It is so delicate and seemed appropriate for a sympathy card.  It was cut 3 times (once in black (for the outline), once in yellow (for the flame) and lastly in Blue (for the ribbon).  I then assembled it all on white card stock using a Stampin Up sentiment from the  Love and Sympathy stamp set and the sunburst from the Eclectic set.

CMCC #66 - 'Stained Glass' Flowers

I made this for the Colour Me challenge this week using Stampin Up card stock (Daffodil Delight and Marina Mist); the sentiment from Lotus Blossom Stamp set; and the yellow dots from Happy Watercolour stamp set.  Feels like spring is almost here!!

CMCC #65 - Flowers in Soft Sky

One of my favorite Stampin Up colors is Soft Sky.  The Colour Me team chose this color for the Monochromatic challenge this week.  I bought a new flower stamp a few weeks ago and have been dying to try it out!

Other than the stamp, all products used were from Stampin Up.

CMCC #64 - Louise

I've always loved light houses - for what they stand for - watching our for you.  The ColourMe challenges this week reminded me of a coastal scene, so I chose this stamp. Most of the products used are from Stampin Up.

CMCC #62 - Shamrocks

I used this stamp to try out my new Copix and after many, many hours, thought the stamp should have bigger rocks!!   I incorporated the ColourMe challenge colors by using shamrocks, given St. Paddy's day is just around the corner!

CMCC #60 - Louise

The colors for this week's Colour Me challenge were such a lift at this time of year!  So bright and cheerful - can't wait for this winter to be over and to start gardening again!   I used two punches this week (scalloped square from Stampin Up) and a small flower punch.  For stamps, the Gorgeous Grunge and Short and Sweet, and the card stock from the challenge colors.  Embellishments were small pearls.  Having fun!!

CMCC #59 - Louise

For this week's Colour Me challenge, I started with a tone on tone with Pool Party as the card stock and the following floral stamp sets from Stamp Up:  Reason to Smile  and Stipled Blossoms.  I used the Blessed Easter stamp for the sentiment and the Simply Sketched for the 'tab' flower.  The larger 'flag' is So Saffron in DSP, with Real Red as the smaller Flag. I used the owl punch to make the 3 little dots in So Saffron on the bottom right.

Thanks designers for another inspirational week!  Happy Stampin'

CMCC #58 - Happy Valentine's Day

This week's Colour Me! challenge was Cherry Cobbler and Pink Pirouette (how appropriate)!  I used all Stampin Up products starting with Whisper White and the challenge colours card stock, the heart punch, Scribbles Swirl sizzlet, and a few stamps: 'bubbles' from Happy Watercolor, Itty Bitty Banners and Sweet Swirl wheel stamp....and a few rhinestones for embellishments.

The inspirational cards by the design team were awesome!  Thank you
